Chih-Yuan Huang received the B.S. and M.S. degrees in civil engineering and geoinformatics from National Central University (NCU), Taoyuan, Taiwan, in 2007 and 2008, respectively, and the Ph.D. degree in geomatics engineering from the University of Calgary, Calgary, AB, Canada, in 2014.,He is an Associate Professor with the Center for Space and Remote Sensing, NCU. His team is currently involved in the development of the Civil-IoT Taiwan Data Service Platform.
